William (Bill) Caldwell

William (Bill) Caldwell leads the Design and Construction Groups at EDENS. His expertise has transformed EDENS’ approach as it relates to all aspects of design from sustainability to scale of projects to use of materials.

As a licensed architect, Bill has more than 20 years of experience in master planning, urban design and architecture. Prior to joining EDENS, Bill ran RTKL's Urban Design Practice based in Washington, D.C. and prior to that was in partnership with his wife in Stuttgart, Germany operating as Stadtbauarchitektur.

At EDENS, Bill's vision for creating stronger, more vibrant communities touches everything we design and develop. He brings unique accountability for both planning and construction at EDENS by integrating planning, entitlement, design and construction. To date, Bill has played a strategic role in over 20 developments and redevelopments at EDENS.

Bill is a member of the American Institute of Architects, an AICP Certified Planner and a LEED Accredited Professional. Bill received a Master of Architecture from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science degree in Design: Architecture from Arizona State University.

Bill has been a panelist at Retail Green and is actively working with RILA on Sustainability initiatives.
