• Work collectively with the Leasing and Property Management teams to develop budgets and scopes of work. Solicit vendors, contractors, and consultants using concise bidding direction in order to obtain comprehensive bid proposals with comparable work scopes.
• Ensures timely completion of simultaneous projects within budget constraints, utilizing value engineering as necessary. Oversee work in progress to verify it is completed per plans, specifications, and best practices.
• Work cooperatively and efficiently with Tenants to expedite the completion of all required Landlord work including but not limited to Tenant build-outs, retrofits, expansions, and capital projects.
• Prepare and manage internal tracking reports for all projects
